Customer Support - Dutch speaker - Alicante or Malaga - Spain (M/F)

Hira Talent is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for an on-site position based in Málaga or Alicante, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international customer support team, working for a leading telecommunications brand, and to build a career abroad in sunny Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer contacts in Dutch via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide support across service, technical support, and fiber optic topics

  • Assist existing customers with billing, subscriptions, and account-related questions

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers step by step

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities as part of the role

  • Ensure customers stay connected and satisfied

  • Log and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Dutch speaker (mandatory)

  • Good command of English

  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • EU passport or valid right to work in Spain

  • Available for one of the upcoming start dates (August or September 2026)

  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends

What we offer

  • Permanent contract under Spanish labor law

  • Salary from €1,342 to €2,094 gross/month, depending on hours (25h to 39h per week)

  • 4 weeks of paid training, including classroom, on-the-job, and coaching sessions

  • Relocation support: company accommodation (3 months shared housing, summer period) OR €1,500 relocation bonus + up to €500 travel reimbursement (or €750 + up to €125 for candidates already based in Spain)

Additional information

  • Contract type: Permanent contract

  • Probation period: 2 months

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00 (rotating shifts), Saturday and Sunday 09:00–17:30; mandatory Monday morning availability and three evening shifts per week (including Fridays)

  • Location: Málaga or Alicante, Spain — on-site
